Huawei SuperCharge 66W AC Charger- One of the Fastest Proprietary Mobile Fast Chargers

The recent Huawei Mate40 Pro can take advantage of the higher power charging rates through the Huawei SuperCharge 66W AC Charger that shipped with the phone. The Huawei SuperCharge 66W AC Charger offers up to 66W of charging using its own brand of SuperCharge Protocol charging scheme for the Huawei Mate40 Pro phone supporting 66W based SuperCharge charging. 

Other Huawei phones that support 40W based SuperCharge charging like the Huawei Mate30 Pro and Huawei Mate20 Pro will get up to 40W @ 4 amps charging using the Huawei SuperCharge 66W AC Charger. The charger will provide only up to standard 10W @ 2 amps charging if connected to a Huawei phone that doesn't support SuperCharge.

The Huawei SuperCharge 66W AC Charger comes with a single USB Type-A port that is marked pink and uses the SuperCharge Protocol to at most supply 66 watts using 10 watts (5 volts @ 2 amps), 40 watts (10 volts @ 4 amps) and 66 watts (11 volts @ 6 amps) power profiles.

Note for SuperCharge based charging, make sure to use the Huawei supplied USB Type-A to Type-C cable or a appropriate 5A cable with your SuperCharge enabled devices and the Huawei charger.
