A Quick View of the TYLT Puck 10W Wireless Charging Pad

The TYLT Puck 10W Wireless Charging Pad is one of the many 10W based Qi wireless chargers to offer wireless charging up to 10 watts for certain Qi enabled phones like the Samsung Galaxy S9 and S8 or 7.5 watts for the Apple iPhone XS MaxiPhone XSiPhone X and iPhone 8. The TYLT Qi charger should also be able to deliver 5 watts wireless charging for various Qi enabled phones.

TYLT advertises the Qi logo on its charger's box to indicate that it has been Qi certified.

The TYLT Puck 10W Wireless Charging Pad comes with its own AC power adapter and a separate USB Type-A to Micro-B charging cable as accessories.

The TYLT Puck 10W Wireless Charging Pad states to support inputs of 10 watts (5 volts @ 2 amps) and 16.2 watts (9 volts @ 1.8 amps) suggesting that it supports Qualcomm Quick Charge. This means that the TYLT charger should be able to negotiate with a Qualcomm Quick Charge based AC charger to support up to 9 volts charging in.

The Micro-B input connector on the TYLT Puck 10W Wireless Charging Pad is used for charging in when connected with the supplied 18W USB Type-A based power adapter accessory.

By claiming to support 15 watts (5 volts @ 3 amps), 18 watts (9 volts @ 2 amps) and 18 watts (12 volts @ 1.5 amps) power profiles, there's a high chance that the 18W power adapter can use Qualcomm Quick Charge for charging out. Make sure to use the supplied USB Type-A to Micro-B cable to link up both the adapter and charging pad.
