The mophie Powerstation USB-C XXL is now sold through the Apple Store so let's see how it charges the 13" MacBook Pro (2017) using USB Power Delivery 2.0 technology.
With the 13" MacBook Pro (2017)'s battery fully discharged, we connected the Mac to the mophie Powerstation USB-C XXL over USB Type-C. In this dead battery situation, the 13" MacBook Pro (2017) was not able to pull any current from the mophie Powerstation USB-C XXL and thus not able to properly charge.
