Gigastone's Fast Wireless Charger Supports Qi and Qualcomm Quick Charge Charging

The Fast Wireless Charger by Taiwan based Gigastone is one of the many universal wireless chargers supporting the Qi wireless charging standard up to 15W.

The Gigastone Fast Wireless Charger not only can use the Qi Low Power to offer 5 watts of charging for Android's Qi enabled phones like the Google Pixel 3 XLMotorola Nexus 6Sony Xperia XZ2 and LG G6 but also 7.5W wireless charging for Apple's Qi enabled products like the Apple iPhone XS Max as well as up to 10W wireless charging for recent Samsung Galaxy models like the Samsung Galaxy S10 Series. The Gigastone charger also supports Qualcomm Quick Charge 3.0 based input charging although it does not look like the proper Quick Charge logo is used on the charger's packaging. By supporting Qualcomm Quick Charge 3.0, the charger can negotiate with a Qualcomm Quick Charge 3.0 based charger for its own power supply.

The Qi logo on the Gigastone Fast Wireless Charger may also indicate that the charger has been Qi certified along with 9 volts charging and Qualcomm Quick Charge 3.0 support on its box. Below shows how the Gigastone charger looks like which we had purchased from a Myfone telecommunication store in Taiwan.

The Gigastone Fast Wireless Charger comes with a USB Type-A to Micro-B charging cable and documentation.

The back of the Gigastone Fast Wireless Charger states it supports inputs of 5 watts (5 volts @ 1 amps) to 10 watts (5 volts @ 2 amps) as well as 18 watts (9 volts @ 2 amps) when used with a Qualcomm Quick Charge based charger for 9 volts charging in.

For charging out, the charger not only offers up to 7.5 watts (5 volts @ 1.5 amps) of Qi wireless charging but also offers faster charging up to 15 watts (9 volts @ 1.67 amps).
