To use the SanDisk Connect Wireless Stick with the Apple iPhone 6s, go to the iPhone's App Store to download and install the Connect Drive App.

Like with other devices which require you to directly connect over WI-FI, Apple doesn't let the App directly control the WI-FI on the iPhone. This means when you first open the App, most likely you'll see these screens below.  Also it's important to charge the SanDisk Connect Wireless Stick for a couple hours before use, press the power button on the side of the stick to turn it on, and don't connect the stick to a PC or Mac over USB.

Setting the WI-FI manually is annoying for a couple reasons.  First you need to exit the App to manually change your WI-FI settings to change from your current WI-FI network to the SanDisk Connect Wireless Stick's WI-FI network.  Second, once you connect to the stick's WI-FI network, you will lose Internet access which is quite a problem.

After the iPhone has connected to the stick's WI-FI network, the SanDisk App will go through some of the major features of the SanDisk Connect Wireless Stick.

The SanDisk Connect Wireless Stick also enables streaming where you can both stream videos from the stick to both mobile devices as well as Chromecast devices like the Google Chromecast (2015), the Apple TV (2015), and the Amazon Fire TV (2015).

To stream the videos found on the SanDisk Connect Wireless Stick to the Apple iPhone 6s, simply navigate to one of the videos in the App and select it to start streaming.

Compared to Android phones, the iPhone makes it trickier to transfer photos and videos from a storage drive into the iPhone's photo and video library.  However, you can still select a file from the SanDisk App and see different options for where to save that file.

One option is to select 'Move to folder' but you can only save the file to another folder on the SanDisk Connect Wireless Stick.

Another option is to select 'Save to My Downloads' and this will save the file to the SanDisk App's My Downloads section.

If you don't want to rely on the SanDisk App to save a photo or video, you can select 'Save to Camera Roll'.  This way the photo or video will show up with the rest of the photos and videos taken by the iPhone.

Although you can directly connect the Apple iPhone 6s to the SanDisk Connect Wireless Stick over WI-FI, doing so will make you lose your Internet connection.  It's more convenient to connect the SanDisk Connect Wireless Stick to your local Internet router, and then connect the Apple iPhone 6s to the stick through the router so you don't lose your Internet connection and make the connection more secure.

To do this go to the Internet Connection option in the main menu and go through the screens until you select the local WI-FI network that also has Internet access that you want the SanDisk Connect Wireless Stick to join.

Once the SanDisk Connect Wireless Stick has joined the local WI-FI network, you need to manually go back to the iPhone's WI-FI settings to leave the SanDisk's WI-FI network and join the local one.

Once joined, back in the App you can see the local WI-FI network in the Internet Connection screen and you can continue to access the files on the SanDisk Connect Wireless Stick.

One problem that I did see when transferring large number of files was that the App would hang trying to compute the size of the transfer.  It's better and quicker to use a USB based connection rather than WI-FI to transfer large number of files.

The SanDisk Connect Wireless Stick can work with the Apple iPhone 6s but it's not as convenient as using it on Android phones.
