ZTE Wields Its New Blade at CES 2017
The recent CES 2017 saw the new Blade V8 Pro officially made its grand entrance, with ZTE unveiling its latest flagship mid-range smartphone model. As the first Blade device to be released to the US market, the Blade V8 Pro was very well received at the event.
Following the popularity of the Blade smartphone range, the Blade V8 Pro is budget friendly while offering high-end features like USB Type-C (USB 2.0) and Qualcomm Quick Charge 2.0. It is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 625 processor with X9 LTE and Android M, and enabled with Bluetooth 4.2, WiFi, NFC, and GPS capabilities.
The slim Blade V8 Pro shows off a 5.5 inch full HD screen which highlights a front fingerprint sensor. It is equipped with dual high-speed 13MP rear cameras as well as a Dolby Audio playback support with HiFi audio chipset.
The Quick Charge 2.0 capability provides fast charging for its 3140mAh battery that can stretch up to 450 minutes of talk time. The smartphone also provides a dual-SIM slot for additional storage and switching between GSM/UMTS/LTE carriers.
