Up-Close View on the Silver Dell Inspiron i7-15RSLV 15R 5559 15.6-Inch Windows Laptop

The new 15.6" Dell Inspiron i7-15RSLV 15r 5559 features a Full HD 1920x1080 Touchscreen display, while running on Windows 10 and powered by the latest 6th Gen i7 Processor and 4GB AMD graphics.

Packed with 16GB RAM with 1TB Hard Drive, the laptop also provides connectivity with the latest 802.11ac Wireless technology and Bluetooth 4.0 as well as USB 2.0, USB 3.0, HDMI 1.4a and LAN ports. It is complemented with a Backlit Keyboard, Card reader with Optical Drive and a 4 Cell battery.

Like many Dell PCs, the Dell Inspiron i7-15RSLV 15r 5559 is covered in metallic silver with the signature Dell logo.

Lining the left panel are the SD-card slot and the USB 2.0, power adapter, Gigabit Ethernet and HDMI 1.4 ports.

While on the right panel you have the DVD writer, two USB 3.1 Gen 1 ports and a 3.5mm audio jack. 

Its accessories came in the form of one 19.5V @ 3.3A output power adapter and Windows 10 recovery media in an 8GB Pendrive.

Start up the Dell Inspiron i7-15RSLV 15r 5559 by pressing the power button above the keyboard.

Then set up your country, language and time as indicated on the screen.

After you accept the license agreement, you will proceed to set up the network connectivity. 

Once setup is completed, you are ready to use the laptop. 

However when we pressed the keys around the middle, the entire keyboard went in and cracking sounds could be heard. This major glitch required the laptop to be returned for a new replacement.

Aside from the unfortunate incident, the Dell Inspiron i7-15RSLV 15r 5559 is still a good option for the budget-conscious looking for a decent Windows PC.
