We suspect our unit was somehow opened before since there was no plastic shrink wrap and some of the documentation looked manhandled.

The Tronsmart Brio USB C Power Bank 20100mAh PD Portable Charger has two USB Type-A ports and one USB Type-C port.  

The USB Type-C port supports USB Power Delivery and can output 15 watts (5 volts @ 3 amps), 27 watts (9 volts @ 3 amps), and 30 watts (15 volts @ 2 amps). You can also charge the Tronsmart Brio USB C Power Bank 20100mAh PD Portable Charger using these power profiles as well.

Each of the two USB Type-A ports supports 12 watts (5 volts @ 2.4 amps).

To set your Tronsmart Brio USB C Power Bank 20100mAh PD Portable Charger's USB Type-C port to get charged by a USB Power Delivery based power source, you need to press the square button on the side for three seconds.

There are also LED's on the top of the Tronsmart Brio USB C Power Bank 20100mAh PD Portable Charger that shows how much charge is left.
