The Samsung Galaxy S8 supports Miracast which allows it to wirelessly display its screen to TV's and displays. However, if your TV doesn't support Miracast, you can use a Miracast enabled media adapter like the Fire TV Stick with Alexa Voice Remote which then plugs into your TV through HDMI.

To start the Miracast process, you can swipe down from the top of the Samsung Galaxy S8 which opens the quick select menu and tap the Smart View icon. You also need to turn on the Miracast feature on the Fire TV Stick with Alexa Voice Remote.

You should then be able to see all the Miracast devices the Samsung Galaxy S8 can cast to. We then selected the Fire TV stick to begin the Miracast connection process.

Once connected over Miracast, you can see the Smart View icon on any screen of the Samsung Galaxy S8 showing that you are wirelessly displaying that screen to the Miracast display or adapter.

You can also start the Miracast connection process by opening the Samsung Connect App. Through this App, you can see all the connected devices to the Samsung Galaxy S8 including the Fire TV Stick with Alexa Voice Remote.

You can also control whether you want audio to be transmitted to the Fire TV Stick with Alexa Voice Remote by swiping down from the top of the phone and selecting the audio output.

The Samsung Galaxy S8 is able to work well wirelessly displaying its screen and audio to the Fire TV Stick with Alexa Voice Remote using Miracast technology.
