As seen in an earlier review, the OWC Type-C Dock had problems work with the Dell XPS 12 9250 2-in-1 Laptop.  We ran through the same tests on the Dell XPS 13 9350 Laptop and found the same behaviors where USB and HDMI enumeration failed while the USB Power Delivery contract was successful.
