The SanDisk 64GB Dual Drive USB-C Flash Drive is pre-formatted as exFAT for the Apple MacBook (Early 2015) which also means you should be able to use it on USB Type-C based Windows PC's like the LG gram Touch 15" Laptop (2016). Just insert the drive into the USB Type-C port of the LG gram Touch 15" Laptop (2016) where the drive can be seen showing up as a USB 3.1 Gen 1 SD Card Reader with SDXC card.

This confirms that the SanDisk 64GB Dual Drive USB-C Flash Drive can connect correctly to the LG gram Touch 15" Laptop (2016) over USB Type-C, but the drive unfortunately has been observed to fail with other PC's like the Spectre x360 (2nd Generation 2017) as reviewed here as well as the HP Spectre Laptop (13.3") in this review.

When we replaced the SanDisk 64GB Dual Drive USB-C Flash Drive with the Kingston DataTraveler microDuo 3C over the same USB Type-C, we also observed the Kingston DataTraveler microDuo 3C works just as well with the LG gram Touch 15" Laptop (2016).
