iPhone 12 Pro When Hot Charges Slowly with MagSafe Charger

After using Angry Birds AR: Isle of Pigs, an App that can really heat up and drain the Apple iPhone 12 Pro's battery, we tried to charge the phone using Apple MagSafe Charger after the battery was depleted and the phone still quite hot.

Using the GRL-C2 USB PD Tester and GRL-PSP Power Analyzer software from Granite River Labs, we can see that with the iPhone max external temperature still around 40-43 degrees C, the MagSafe Charger doesn't achieve expected higher power levels.  Instead, the MagSafe Charger pulls only about 5W from its USB-C cable, meaning that the Apple iPhone 12 Pro is only getting about 3-3.5W through wireless charging.  This results in the phone only achieving 12% battery charge after 39 minutes of charging from 0% battery.

The MagSafe Charger doesn't come with a fan unlike other high performance Qi wireless chargers like the Samsung 15W Wireless Charger Stand and 30W Qi Wireless Charging Stand, so power transfer may be more restricted if things get too hot.
