The Dell 65W PD Power Bank has a USB Type-C charging in port that can be used to connect to a USB Power Delivery 3.0 based charger like the Dell 130W USB Type-C AC Adapter for own fast charging.

Once attached over USB Type-C, the voltage started up quickly at close to 20 volts while it took a few seconds for the Dell 65W PD Power Bank to begin pulling initial current to about 1.8 amps. This was then followed by the Dell 130W USB Type-C AC Adapter delivering around 35.6 watts (19.8 volts @ 1.8 amps) of steady state power to charge the power bank. Click here to download the trace captured by the GRL-A1 power analyzer to see more details.

The Dell 130W USB Type-C AC Adapter only managed to deliver less than half of the max 90 watts as advertised to the Dell 65W PD Power Bank even though the power bank claims to support up to 90 watts (20 volts @ 4.5 amps) output charging when connected to 90W ac power.
