One of the reasons for purchasing the TrackR pixel was its support of Amazon Alexa and use it with our Amazon Tap. However, we found through the process that you could only use Amazon Alexa to find the phone that you have installed the TrackR App on rather than the TrackR pixel.
On the Google Pixel, we first logged into the Amazon Alexa App with our Alexa account.
On the TrackR App, in the Devices Setup menu, we then selected Alexa Integration. We could then ask Amazon Alexa through the Amazon Tap for a PIN code to enter into the App.
Integrating Amazon Alexa with the TrackR App was a cinch but again, we were only able to use Alexa to find the Google Pixel rather than the TrackR pixel's associated with our TrackR account.
