The Nekteck 45W USB Type-C PD Car Charger (with Detached Cable) supports 15 watts (5 volts @ 3 amps), 27 watts (9 volts @ 3 amps), 36 watts (12 volts @ 3 amps), 45 watts (15 volts @ 3 amps), and 45 watts (20 volts @ 2.25 amps) allowing you to charge notebooks, tablets, and phones through the DC power outlet of your car.

The Nekteck 45W USB Type-C PD Car Charger (with Detached Cable) also shows that it's certified by USB-IF through the USB certification logo shown on the front of the box and on the charger itself.

The Nekteck 45W USB Type-C PD Car Charger (with Detached Cable) conveniently also has a USB Type-A connector which provides 12 watts (5 volts @ 2.4 amps) using Qualcomm Quick Charge 3.0 technology.

Using the USB Power Delivery Compliance C2 Tester from Granite River Labs to run just a subset of the full USB Power Delivery compliance test suite, we can quickly verify that the Nekteck 45W USB Type-C PD Car Charger (with Detached Cable) actually supports the following PDO's- 15 watts (5 volts @ 3 amps), 27 watts (9 volts @ 3 amps), 36 watts (12 volts @ 3 amps), 45 watts (15 volts @ 3 amps), and 46 watts (20 volts @ 2.3 amps). Note the fifth PDO of 46 watts (20 volts @ 2.3 amps) doesn't quite match the 45 watts (20 volts @ 2.23 amps) as specified, and also some compliance failures were observed.
