by Xiaomi
Link Up to 300Mbps at 802.11n with the Mi Router 3C
Xiaomi has expanded from its hugely popular mobile range into the networking market where the Mi Router 3C can be seen. The quad band Mi Router 3C was produced by Mi India and enables your device to connect wirelessly at the speed of up to 300 Mb/s. The Mi router can support LAN and RJ-45 Ethernet connections as well as 802.11 b/g/n Wi-Fi network. The Mi Router 3C has a 2.4 GHz MT7628N processor with 16 MB NorFlash ROM and 64 MB DDR2 RAM built in.
We purchased the Mi Router 3C that came in typical Mi designed packaging.
The Mi Router 3C can be used with the Mi Wi-Fi App to support both Android and iOS platforms.
The Mi Router 3C comes with a AC power adapter and documentation.
The Mi Router 3C has the design of a legacy router with vertical antennas which also happens to look similar to the NETGEAR Nighthawk x8 AC5300 Smart WiFi Router.
The Mi router provides dual LAN ports and one RJ-45 Ethernet port, each supporting 10/100 Mb/s speeds and Auto MDI/MDIX interface. The router also comes with a ac power input, reset button, and LED status indicators.
To prevent the Mi router from overheating quickly when in use, the router has cooling holes at its base for sufficient airflow.
With 64 MB of RAM, the Mi Router 3C can provide stronger signals and better operating range than more traditional routers, allowing casual and power users alike to enjoy video streaming, gaming, and other heavy networking demands that the router can handle.
