Verbatim External Slimline Makes a Handy Disk Burner for Your Notebook PC

Verbatim is well known for its data storage devices but also produces other accessories like the Verbatim External Slimline CD/DVD writer. This external disk writer will come in handy for those still using CD's or DVD's but don't have a disk burner on their notebook PC's.

The Verbatim External Slimline can be used with supported Windows and Mac based notebooks over the USB 2.0 interface. When plugged in, the external disk writer promises to deliver write speeds of up to 8x for DVD's and 24x for CD's.

The Verbatim External Slimline supports common CD and DVD formats and comes with the Nero Burn & Archive software that serves as a disk burning and data archiving tool. Note that this software can only be used with Windows based PCs.

The accessories that came with the Verbatim External Slimline include a USB 2.0 cable, CD containing the user manual and Nero Burn & Archive software, and a Quick Install Guide.

Start using the Verbatim External Slimline by plugging in the USB cable attached to the external disk drive into a USB port of your notebook.
