You can easily wireless display your Xiaomi Mi Note Pro to the Samsung Smart LED TV.

Even though there is an option for Screen Mirroring in the Inputs menu of the Samsung TV, you don't really need to select it to start the Screen Mirroring process.  The Samsung Smart LED TV's will always broadcast itself as a Wireless Miracast Display as soon as you turn it on.  That's why if you walk into any electronics store with a lot of Samsung TV's and look at the wireless displays available on your phone, you will see a lot Samsung TV's advertising themselves.  For most other TV's, you need to manually start the wireless display process.

To start the wireless display mirroring on your Xiaomi Mi Note Pro, first go to Settings->More (Under Bluetooth) and then select Wireless display.

 

Make sure your Wireless display is turned on and then select the Samsung TV which usually shows up as [TV] combined with the TV model number.  After you select the right Samsung TV, the Xiaomi Mi Note phone will start to connect wirelessly to the TV.

Since the Samsung TV is always broadcasting itself as a wireless display, you need to use your TV's remote control to accept the connection from the Xiaomi Mi Note Pro.  After this, you should see the Xiaomi Mi Note Pro's screen on the Samsung TV.
