Hama .75m HDMI Cable Can Link Up Your 4K Displays for Up to 4K@60Hz HDR

With the .75m HDMI Cable, Hama advertises that it supports HDMI 2.0b specs along with 4K Ultra HD (4K@60Hz), HDR and 18 Gb/s as well as 1440p and 1080p HDMI signal frame rates, 3D video output and 100 Mb/s Ethernet for its 2.5ft cable. The Hama .75m HDMI Cable has a gold plated connector design which it claims to minimize signal loss.

Note Hama has other .75m HDMI cable models like the Hama .75m High Speed HDMI Cable that boasts the use of ferrite core materials for better signal transmission.

Using the GRL DI20 cable tester to test the insertion loss through the Hama .75m HDMI Cable, we can see the cable has about the same overall signal integrity performance when compared to the Hama .75m High Speed HDMI Cable where they are both the same length. Note the green trace line refers to the Hama .75m HDMI Cable while the blue trace line refers to the Hama .75m High Speed HDMI Cable. The Hama .75m HDMI Cable however has lower loss under 10 GHz compared to the Hama .75m High Speed HDMI Cable (see review here) while having the same price tag for both cables.

Let's see how the Hama .75m HDMI Cable looks like which we purchased from a MediaMarkt retail store in Germany.
