After spending a lot of time trying to get HDR10 working on the LG B6 OLED 4K HDR Smart TV - 65" Class, we wanted to see how the well Dolby Vision's version of HDR worked through popular streaming services like Netflix.

Netflix is one of the easiest ways to find HDR enabled content- not only does it produce shows like Marco Polo One Hundred Eyes and Marvel's Daredevil that support Dolby Vision, it makes it very clear to users which shows are supported by making the Dolby Vision icon very visible.

Once Dolby Vision HDR enabled content is being played on the LG B6 OLED 4K HDR Smart TV - 65" Class, the Dolby Vision icon will appear on the top right of the screen.

Most other 4K shows produced by Netflix do not support HDR and just have the ULTRA HD 4K symbol.

Most shows them only support high definition and just have a HD symbol.  Over time, more 4K and HDR content should become available.

We will next look at getting HDR content streamed through a Roku connected to the LG B6 OLED 4K HDR Smart TV - 65" Class.
