Apple iPhone 11 Misses Out on the 18W Charger That Shipped with the Pro Version
As with the Apple iPhone XS Max and iPhone XS, the latest Apple iPhone 11 also comes with a 5W charger which is still cheaper than the more premium iPhone 11 Pro models. While the iPhone 11 Pro ships with a 18W power adapter, you will need to buy a separate one for the iPhone 11 for faster charging. The iPhone 11 only offers two rear cameras instead of three on the iPhone 11 Pro but both iPhone models have the same 12MP 4K front camera and run on the newer and faster Apple A13 chipset with iOS 13.
The Lightning connector still applies for the iPhone 11 while supporting USB Power Delivery 2.0 fast charging technology, as well as Qi wireless charging, eSIM technology and dual SIM card slots which are similar to the iPhone 11 Pro, iPhone XS Max and iPhone XS. The iPhone 11 offers up to only 256GB RAM compared to 512GB RAM on the iPhone 11 Pro.
The iPhone 11 ships with similar accessories as the iPhone XS Max and iPhone XS that include a Apple 5W USB Power Adapter (5 volts @ 1 amps) charger, Lightning based audio headset and USB Type-A to Lightning cable. In contrast, the iPhone 11 Pro will get a 18W USB Type-C charger which supports USB Power Delivery charging for the iPhone up to 18 watts (9 volts @ 2 amps) when connected with the supplied USB Type-C to Lightning cable.
