The Abee USB Mobile Battery Charger Comes Handy to Rapidly Charge Your Qualcomm Quick Charge 3.0 Enabled Phone
Bic Camera in Japan had a wide selection of USB Type-C power banks and chargers being sold which included the Abee USB Mobile Battery Charger. This charger supports Qualcomm Quick Charge 3.0 based in and out charging up to 18 watts over its USB Type-A and Type-C ports and comes with 6200mAh battery. By using Qualcomm Quick Charge 3.0 technology over USB Type-C and not USB Power Delivery technology over USB Type-C which is more common, this charger is more applicable for Qualcomm Quick Charge enabled phones rather than USB Power Delivery based phones.
The packaging has a lot of details on product description which is very helpful.
Inside the packaging there's also a separate instruction sheet that came together with the Abee USB Mobile Battery Charger, USB Type-A to Micro-B charging cable and charger sleeve.
The Abee USB Mobile Battery Charger looks similar to a power bank and has a total of four USB ports for charging. Its two USB Type-A ports and single USB Type-C port support Qualcomm Quick Charge 3.0 technology which allow Qualcomm Quick Charge 3.0 enabled tablets or phones to rapidly charge using these common power profiles: 15 watts (5 volts @ 3 amps), 18 watts (9 volts @ 2 amps), 18 watts (12 volts @ 1.5 amps) which are also similar to that used by other QC3.0 branded chargers such as the Ventev Wallport rq2300 Wall Charger and SoftBank SELECTION USB Type-C Fast Charging AC Adapter. By offering 18 watts of charging is enough to work with most Qualcomm Quick Charge 3.0 enabled phones in the market which should be backward compatible with Qualcomm Quick Charge 2.0 and 1.0 as well.
The other Micro-B port which is not enabled with Qualcomm Quick Charge provides 10 watts (5 volts @ 2 amps), 18 watts (9 volts @ 2 amps) and 18 watts (12 volts @ 1.5 amps). This can be used to plug in to a ac power adapter to charge the Abee USB Mobile Battery Charger.
