GoPro cameras are known for their ruggedness but after only a week of use, the GoPro HERO5 Black's lid that protects the USB and HDMI ports came off.  The lid is important since without it, the GoPro HERO5 Black is no longer waterproof.

After being unable to put the lid back into the GoPro HERO5 Black, we returned it to Best Buy to exchange it for a new camera.
