Need to get your photos, videos, music, or other files quickly into or out of your Samsung Galaxy Note 4? The SanDisk Ultra Dual USB Drive 3.0 is a great way to transfer files between Android phones and tablets or other Android phones and tablets, or Windows PC's and Apple Mac's.
To transfer files from your Galaxy Note 4, first plug in the SanDisk drive into the Galaxy Note using the smaller micro Type-B USB connector. Press the drive in until you hear a click. Check to make sure the drive is not loose from the USB connector being partially retracted from pushing it too hard into the phone.
After you have plugged in the drive, the Galaxy will pull up its My Files screens which acts as a file navigator for your phone. From here you can select which files you want to move to your drive.
After selecting the files, select the 3 vertical dots at the top right corner of the screen, and then select Move. From here go to USB Storage A, which is the SanDisk Drive. You can proceed to move your files to any folder on this drive by selecting the folder and selecting Paste Here on the top right. If you want to leave a copy of the files on the phone, choose Copy instead of Move.
