The Plugable Thunderbolt 3 and USB-C Docking Station with 96W Charging comes with a Thunderbolt 3 cable, AC power adapter and vertical stand for accessories. The Thunderbolt 3 cable should be used to connect the Plugable dock to the computer.

The supplied 170W AC power adapter accessory is used to connect to the power input connector on the Plugable dock. This AC power adapter provides power to the dock's electronics but also through the Thunderbolt and USB ports to the computer and peripherals.

The back of the Plugable Thunderbolt 3 and USB-C Docking Station with 96W Charging has a Thunderbolt 3 port which is marked with a computer logo that should be used to connect to the computer for charging. There are also five USB 3.1 Gen 1 (5 Gb/s) Type-A ports, a Gigabit Ethernet port, a pair of DisplayPort and HDMI outputs, AC input connector and Kensington lock.
