iVoler 75W USB Type C Charger with Power Delivery

The LG G5 isn't charging over USB Type-C through the USB Power Delivery Protocol with the iVoler 75W USB Type C Charger.  Fortunately, the iVoler 75W USB Type C Charger with Power Delivery has several USB Type-A ports which can be used to charge the LG G5.  However as you can see from the screenshots below, it takes a while for the LG G5 to estimate how long it takes to charge.  It appears that there is something unstable about the power being provided to the LG G5 by the iVoler 75W USB Type C Charger with Power Delivery causing the fluctuating charging time estimations.
