The Razer Blade Stealth can be used with the Razer Core to provide external graphics docking capabilities, but you still need to connect the Core to an external display or TV. If you don't need to access an external graphics card but to need a display, you can also consider using the LG 27 inch Class Ultra HD IPS 4K 27UD88-W Monitor which also has docking features.
Using software from Granite River Labs, we are able to see how the LG 4K 27UD88-W Monitor communicates with the Razer Blade Stealth.
The LG 4K 27UD88-W Monitor first offers 5 volts @ 2 amps (10 watts), 12 volts @ 3 amps (36 watts), and 19 volts @ 3 amps (57 watts) to the Razer Blade Stealth.
The Razer Blade Stealth then requests only 5 volts @ 2 amps.
We can also observe DisplayPort related USB Power Delivery transactions.
However, using an oscilloscope, we can confirm that the Razer Blade Stealth is drawing almost no current at 5 volts. We can also tell from Windows that the LG 4K 27UD88-W Monitor is not really charging the Razer Blade Stealth.
