The Panasonic Let's Note CF-SV7 offers plenty of connectivity options including the Thunderbolt 3 port for rapid charging using a USB Power Delivery 2.0 based charger like the Nekteck 65W USB-C Power Delivery Wall Charger. We found that overall the Nekteck charger was able to completely charge the Panasonic notebook from a fully drained battery in about 155 minutes using USB Power Delivery.

Starting at 0% battery on the Panasonic Let's Note CF-SV7, we connected the notebook to the Nekteck 65W USB-C Power Delivery Wall Charger using a USB Type-C to Type-C cable. Within the first 40 minutes of charging, the notebook pulled up to about 39 watts of power from the charger. The current then dropped quickly to settle charging at around 28 watts and continued to decrease further in the next hour. The current eventually ramped down to near .1 amps towards the last 30 minutes as the battery almost filled up.

Although only a maximum 39 watts rather than 60 watts power was achieved throughout entire charging, the Panasonic Let's Note CF-SV7  could charge reasonably well with the Nekteck 65W USB-C Power Delivery Wall Charger which would come useful in case the notebook's AC adapter is missing and needing a quick charge.
