To know if you're able to charge your LG G6 phone using the Verizon USB Type-C Wall Charger with Fast Charge Technology sold by Verizon, we'll see how they work when connected over USB Type-C.

The Verizon USB Type-C Wall Charger with Fast Charge Technology supports 15 watts (5 volts @ 3 amps), 21 watts (7 volts @ 3 amps), 24 watts (8 volts @ 3 amps), 24 watts (9 volts @ 2.7 amps), and 24 watts (12 volts @ 2 amps) power profiles using USB Power Delivery. The LG G6 follows up to request 24.3 watts (9 volts @ 2.7 amps) which is accepted by the charger. 

We can see that the LG G6 on a fully depleted battery draws 13.5 watts (9 volts @ 1.5 amps) from the Verizon USB Type-C Wall Charger. This shows that the Verizon USB Type-C Wall Charger can use USB Power Delivery to effectively charge the LG G6.
