The Verizon Vehicle Charger with Fast Charge Technology and the LG G6 phone both support charging using USB Power Delivery and Qualcomm Quick Charge 3.0. Let's see how well the charger uses USB Power Delivery to charge the LG G6.

The USB Power Delivery negotiations show the Verizon Vehicle Charger with Fast Charge Technology offering 15 watts (5 volts @ 3 amps), 21 watts (7 volts @ 3 amps), 24 watts (8 volts @ 3 amps), 27 watts (9 volts @ 3 amps), 30 watts (12 volts @ 2.5 amps), and 30 watts (15 volts @ 2 amps) power profiles to the LG G6. The phone then chooses to draw 27 watts (9 volts @ 3 amps) which the charger accepts.

The LG G6 can be seen pulling 13.5 watts (9 volts @ 1.5 amps) from the Verizon charger.
