The Radius QC2 AC Charger Supports 18W Qualcomm Quick Charge 2.0 Charging for Most Mobiles
The Radius QC2 AC Charger is one of those Japanese brands of chargers that offer Qualcomm Quick Charge 2.0 charging. The AC wall charger has a single USB Type-A port supporting 18 watts of charging for most mobile phones sold today such as the Samsung Galaxy S10+ and the Huawei Mate20 Pro or even tablets like the Sony Xperia Z4 Tablet and the Sharp Aquos Pad.
The Radius QC2 AC Charger uses power profiles of 10 watts (5 volts @ 2 amps), 16.2 watts (9 volts @ 1.8 amps) and 18 watts (12 volts @ 1.5 amps) to enable charging using Qualcomm Quick Charge 2.0 technology. This charger only supports fixed voltage levels unlike some other QC3.0 branded chargers such as the Onpro UC-2PQC36 36W QC3.0 Wall Charger and AUKEY PA-T16 Dual-Port USB Wall Charger which support variable voltage ranges for charging.
Through our internal testing here, the Radius QC2 AC Charger was observed to deliver 15 watts to successfully charge the Samsung Galaxy S10+ phone.
The Radius QC2 AC Charger was packaged together with a USB Type-A to micro-B cable and instruction sheet. The charger comes with AC prongs for plugging into a AC wall socket for own power supply.
For charging your Type-C phones or tablets, you will need to use your own Type-A to Type-C cable with this charger.
