Roku let's you conveniently set up your Roku 3 (2015) or Roku 4 through the web browser on a mobile phone like the Android based Huawei P8.  When you have started up the Roku for the first time, the Roku setup procedure at some point will ask you to Activate your Roku with a Link Code.  Just got to roku.com/link and enter in the Link code.

You will then get asked to log into your Roku account or create a new one.

If you create a new Roku account, you will need to create a PIN and provide payment information.

  

The best thing about Roku is its large channel selection.  From popular Movie and TV channels like Netflix and Hulu to Music stream services like Pandora to Cable subscription add-ons like A&E and Showtime, Roku has you covered.

   

   

You can also browse channel groupings like News & Sports, Kids & Family, Free!, Lifestyle, Games, and Photos & Videos. 

  

  

Once you have selected which channels to add to your Roku, select Continue.  You'll then be taken to some of the channels you have selected like Amazon Video, where you then have to link to your account with these channels.

 

Once all your channels are set up, Roku also also offers deals to try out new channels like Netflix.

 

With your channel selections completed, you can then start to enjoy your Roku 3 (2015) or Roku 4.
