To see how well the Google Universal 22.5 W Dual Port USB Type-C Charger performs with the USB Power Delivery enabled HTC 10, we connect the phone directly to the Google charger using a USB Type-C to Type-C cable.
Note that the Google Universal 22.5 W Dual Port USB Type-C Charger doesn't use a USB Power Delivery controller although it supports the USB Power Delivery specification, so you won't get any active USB Power Delivery protocol negotiation between this charger and the HTC 10.
We can see that the Google Universal 22.5 W Dual Port USB Type-C Charger only delivers 5 watts (5 volts @ 1 amps) of charging to the HTC 10 on a 0% battery charge level which is a lot lower than the 10 watts charging that we've seen with other USB Power Delivery chargers working with the HTC 10.
