Genuine Microsoft HD-500 Display Docking Station

The Microsoft Display Dock has a lot of weird behavior with different USB Type-C devices.  When attached to the Apple MacBook (Early 2015), the Microsoft Display Dock does negotiate properly using USB Power Delivery technology so that it provides 5 volts @ 1.8 volts to charge the MacBook.

Unfortunately though, the Microsoft Display Dock fails to display any video to the TV connected over HDMI.
