How the Insignia 10 ft USB A to C Charge/Sync Cable Looks Like Supporting USB 2.0 Speeds

The Insignia 10 ft USB A to C Charge/Sync Cable states on its box to enable 3 amps pass through charging for your USB Type-C based device or transfer data at USB 2.0 (480 Mb/s) speeds. This 10 ft / 3 m long cable can be used to connect any of your existing USB Type-A peripherals to a new computer or mobile device with a USB Type-C port. To charge or move files between devices, just attach the USB Type-C connector of the cable to your USB Type-C based computer, tablet, or phone, and plug in the cable's USB Type-A connector to your USB Type-A device.

Just note that any USB Power Delivery functions will not be available since it is not supported by signals on the USB Type-A connector.
