The StarTech 4-in-1 Travel A/V Adapter with USB-C supports VGA, mini DisplayPort 1.2, and DVI on the back edge. while HDMI 1.2 is supported on the side edge.

The StarTech 4-in-1 Travel A/V Adapter with USB-C is really small and portable.  Although this StarTech adapter needs to support USB Power Delivery Protocol to support DisplayPort Alt Mode, it doesn't provide any power charging for your USB Type-C PC, tablet, or phone.
