Having previously observed that the dodocool 30W USB Type-C PD Charger fails to charge the Apple MacBook using USB Power Delivery, we learned from another GTrusted user that their dodocool 30W USB Type-C PD Charger was not charging the Apple 15" MacBook Pro (Late 2016).  The user was kind enough to send their charger to us and we confirmed it was having issues with our MacBook Pro where the Mac was constantly making beeping sounds when trying to get charged by the dodocool.

We took a closer look at the USB Power Delivery negotiation between the dodocool 30W USB Type-C PD Charger and the Apple 15" MacBook Pro (Late 2016).

We can see from the USB Power Delivery negotiations between the dodocool 30W USB Type-C PD Charger and the Apple 15" MacBook Pro (Late 2016) that the charger declares its source capabilities of 15 watts (5 volts @ 3 amps), 27 watts (9 volts @ 3 amps), and 30 watts (20 volts @ 1.5 amps).

The dodocool 30W USB Type-C PD Charger keeps rejecting multiple attempted requests by the Apple 15" MacBook Pro (Late 2016) to pull 40 watts (20 volts @ 2 amps) which is higher than the supported power profiles of the charger.  This explains the constant beeps from the MacBook which is constantly trying to charge.

We can also see there is never and stable voltage and current being provided by the dodocool 30W USB Type-C PD Charger to the Apple 15" MacBook Pro (Late 2016).

Unlike the previous problem we saw with the dodocool 30W USB Type-C PD Charger where it couldn't even communicate with the Apple MacBook (Early 2015), this time the dodocool 30W USB Type-C PD Charger could talk to the Apple 15" MacBook Pro (Late 2016) but a successful USB Power Delivery protocol negotiation was never achieved.
