The Roku 3 is a great device, but don't expect your Microsoft Surface 3 the be able to connect to it using Miracast technology and wirelessly display.

You can get into the Windows 10 wireless display menu through Settings->System->Display.

Microsoft Surface 3 Miracast not working with Roku 3 setup-2

Although the Roku 3 is seen, the Surface 3 is unable to wirelessly connect and mirror its screen to it.
