HP Spectre not working with Innergie

USB PD

We have confirmed that the HP Spectre Laptop (13.3") doesn't work with the Innergie PowerGear USB-C 45 on any of its USB Type-C ports.

This is similar to the behavior seen with the iVoler 75W USB Type-C Charger and the HP Spectre as well as what we see with the Anker PowerPort+ 5 USB-C Charger and the HP Spectre.

HP is only allowing its own chargers to be used with the HP Spectre Laptop (13.3") and has taken a similar approach that Apple has done with its proprietary MagSafe technology for power adapters.  Given that the HP Spectre Laptop (13.3") is clearly aiming at Apple with its sleek design, ultra thin form factor, and USB Type-C ports and Thunderbolt technology, it's not that surprising that HP has also taken a proprietary approach to USB Power Delivery charging.  However, there is bound to be user confusion give USB Power Delivery over USB Type-C is supposed to be a standardized technology that promotes interoperability.
