What happens if you use the Anker PowerPort+ 5 USB-C with USB Power Delivery to charge the Microsoft Lumia 950?

Using software from Granite River Labs to capture the USB Power Delivery Protocol transaction, we can confirm there is USB Power Delivery negotiation occurring between the Anker PowerPort+ 5 USB-C and the Microsoft Lumia 950

Initially, the Anker PowerPort+ 5 USB-C first advertises that it supports 3 different PDO's (Power Data Objects): 15 watts (5 volts @ 3 amps), 27 watts (9 volts @ 3 amps), 45 watts (15 volts @ 3 amps).

The Microsoft Lumia 950 only requests 5 volts @ 3 amps from the Anker PowerPort+ 5 USB-C with USB Power Delivery.

The Anker PowerPort+ 5 USB-C later offers an additional PDO of 20 volts @ 2.25 amps.  However, Microsoft Lumia 950 still only requests 5 volts @ 3 amps from the Anker PowerPort+ 5 USB-C with USB Power Delivery.

The actual current pulled by the Microsoft Lumia 950 from the Anker PowerPort+ 5 USB-C is about 2.7 amps with the Microsoft Lumia 950 being already well charged.

The Microsoft Lumia 950 in powered on state takes around 3 hour 10 minutes to charge completely with the Anker PowerPort+ 5 USB-C with USB Power Delivery.
