At NAB 2016 in Las Vegas, QNAP showed off their TX-800P Thunderbolt Expansion Chassis, which uses Thunderbolt 2 (20 Gb/s) to connect another 8 drives -- or up to 64 TB (8 HDD drives of 8TB each) -- with their TVS-871T Thunderbolt NAS.
