The LeEco Le Max 2 charges well with the iVoler 75W USB Type C Charger with Power Delivery over the USB Power Delivery protocol.  When the Le Max 2 is connected with this iVoler charger using a USB Type-C to USB Type-C cable, you can observe the two devices communicating using software from Granite River Labs.

The iVoler charger specifications on its case claims to support 15 watts (5 volts @ 3 amps), 27 watts (9 volts @ 3 amps), 45 watts (15 volts @ 3 amps), and 60 watts (20 volts @ 3 amps) power profiles.  As per another review, iVoler actually advertises different power profiles at different times which may be problematic.

The Le Max 2 itself supports 7.5 watts (5 volts @ 1.5 amps), 15 watts (5 volts @ 3 amps), and 24.3 watts (9 volts @ 2.7 amps) power profiles.

When the battery is low, the Le Max 2 should charge up to 24.3 watts (9 volts @ 2.7 amps) but since the battery of the Le 2 Max was already at 94% charged, it was pulling only 5 volts @ 400 milliamps.  More screenshots to come showing charging when the battery is low.
