Unlike virtual reality systems like the Sony PlayStation VR which can be used with any PlayStation 4 system, you need to make sure you have the right Windows PC that can be used with the Oculus Rift VR Headset. You can try to build your own high performance gaming PC that tries to meet the specs required by the Oculus Rift VR Headset, or you can simply choose any of the Oculus Ready PC's which have been tested to work with the headset.

The Oculus Rift VR Headset connects to these PC's using one HDMI as well as several USB ports. These PC's need to be able to drive two 1080x1200 resolution images to each lens inside the headset.
