After buying the Space Gray version of the non Touch Bar version of the 13" MacBook Pro (Late 2016), we decided to check out the beautifully designed Apple Store at the Stanford Shopping Center in Palo Alto, California.
The only new MacBook Pro shown were also the same 13" space gray version without Touch Bar. It seemed like the Apple Store was also eagerly awaiting the new Touch Bar models like everyone else. The sales associate also seemed very used to repeating to customers that the model being shown in the store did not have the Touch Bar.
The store didn't carry the Space Gray so we purchased the Silver version instead. The store didn't seem to stock many models with many people probably waiting to purchase the Touch Bar versions.
