Here's a look at what electronics are selling and promoted in Bangalore during the summer of 2016.

Right from the Bangalore airport you can see the heated wars that Chinese phone makers are in selling their phones in India.  Like in other places in Asia, Oppo is there with heavy advertisements both in the airport and public transportation.

LeEco (previously LeTV) also has a lot of advertising promoting new phones like the Le Max 2.

Going into Reliance Electronics store, we could see phones from Oppo and also Indian brands like iBall.

Reliance also has their own LYF and Reconnect brands of phone.

None of the phones and computers seen at Reliance Electronics supported the new USB Type-C interface.

At the Sony Store, we can still see Sony's attempt at maintaining the high ground with premium Android based phones and TV's.

Despite the growth of a lot of larger electronics chain stores, there are still colorful places in Bangalore where a lot of mom and pop stores sell computer gear.  Here are some street scenes where you'll find major brands like Dell, HP, and Lenovo promoted heavily.
