The Le 2 Max supports USB Power Delivery protocol and based on an oscilloscope and software from Granite River Labs to capture the USB Power Delivery Protocol transaction, we can see that it supports 7.5 watts (5 volts @ 1.5 amps), 15 watts (5 volts @ 3 amps), and 24.3 watts (9 volts @ 2.7 amps) power profiles.

The Google Universal Type-C Charger 60W supports 15 watts (5 volts @ 3 amps), 36 watts (12 volts @ 3 amps), and 60 watts (20 volts @ 3 amps) power profiles

When the battery is low, the Le 2 Max should charge up to 15 watts (5 volts @ 3 amps) but since the battery of the Le 2 Max was already at 94% charged, it was pulling only 5 volts @ 400 milliamps.  More screenshots to come showing charging when the battery is low.
