Lately my LeTV Le 1s has started to consume its battery quickly and I found myself having to charge quickly when my battery was almost out.  Even though the LeTV Le 1s uses USB Type-C, it doesn't use USB Power Delivery technology to enable quick charge.  Instead, it uses Qualcomm Quick Charge 2.0 technology to supply a whopping 24 Watts (though 9 Volts @2.7 Amps or 12 Volts @2 Amps) to charge the phone.

Compare this to the LG Google Nexus 5X and Huawei Google Nexus 6P USB Type-C chargers which supply only 15 Watts or the 12 Watts that come from standard Lightning based iPhone/iPad chargers.  Only the Apple 29W USB-C Power Adapter achieves a higher 29 Watts through USB Power Delivery for the Apple iPad Pro and Apple MacBook (Early 2015).

To see how quickly 24 Watts charges, the LeTV Le 1s, see the screenshots below.  Starting from a dead battery, the LeTV Le 1s achieved 71% of charge within 40 minutes and a full 100% charge within 2 hours.

You can definitely feel the heat while the LeTV Le 1s phone is charging but being able to get back at least half your charge within 30 minutes can save you especially if you are on the road.
