The Anker PowerPort+ 5 USB-C with USB Power Delivery (click here for Amazon pricing) can be used for charging multiple devices and the USB Type-C port works well over USB Power Delivery with the Mi Notebook Air 13.3".

We can see what's going on between the Anker charger and the Mi Notebook Air from the USB Power Delivery Protocol transactions. Note that Anker starts charging the Mi Notebook Air with its battery at 3% full when both are directly connected over a USB Type-C to Type-C cable.

Anker's claims on the back of its casing to support 15 watts (5 volts @ 3 amps), 27 watts (9 volts @ 3 amps), and 30 watts (15 volts @ 2 amps), and 35 watts (20 volts @ 1.5 amps). However the charger actually advertises 15 watts (5 volts @ 3 amps), 27 watts (9 volts @ 3 amps), and 45 watts (15 volts @ 3 amps) as seen here.

The Mi Notebook Air 13.3" follows up to request 5 watts (5 volts @ 1 amps) from the charger which it accepts.

Anker is later observed to offer an additional PDO of 45 watts (20 volts @ 2.25 amps) on top of the initial power profiles.

The Mi Notebook Air 13.3" takes advantage of this to request 45 watts (20 volts @ 2.25 amps) which the charger then complies.

While being charged from a 3% battery level, the Mi Notebook Air 13.3" can be seen to pull 44 watts (20 volts @ 2.2 amps) from the charger.

It's good to see that the Mi Notebook Air 13.3" is able to charge well with a third party option like the Anker PowerPort+ 5 USB-C charger over USB Power Delivery.
