The GoPro Supercharger (click here for Amazon pricing) and the Spectre x360 (2nd Generation 2017) both support charging over USB Power Delivery so let's see how well they work when connected together.

Looking at the USB Power Delivery negotiations between the GoPro Supercharger and Spectre x360 (2nd Generation 2017), the charger advertises its source capabilities of 15 watts (5 volts @ 3 amps), 16.5 watts (5.5 volts @ 3 amps), and 20 watts (12 volts @ 1.67 amps). The notebook then requests to draw 20 watts (12 volts @ 1.67 amps) from the charger which it accepts.

As the Spectre x360 (2nd Generation 2017)'s battery gets closer to being full, we can see that the notebook is being charged at 20 watts (12 volts @ 1.67 amps).

We can confirm that the GoPro Supercharger can successfully charge the Spectre x360 (2nd Generation 2017) over its Thunderbolt 3 enabled USB Type-C port using USB Power Delivery.
