In case you are wondering if you can use a non Apple based charger like the USB Power Delivery enabled AUKEY PA-Y7 USB Type-C Wall Charger to charge your Touch Bar Version of the Apple 13" MacBook Pro (Late 2016), we will see how they perform here.
The AUKEY PA-Y7 USB Type-C Wall Charger starts negotiating with the MacBook Pro over USB Power Delivery by advertising its source capabilities of 15 watts (5 volts @ 3 amps), 27 watts (9 volts @ 3 amps), and 29 watts (14.5 volts @ 2 amps). The Touch Bar Version of the Apple 13" MacBook Pro (Late 2016) then requests to pull 29 watts (14.5 volts @ 2 amps) which the charger accepts.
While the Mac is being charged at a battery near full, we can see that the current charges to around 2 amps (@ 14.5 volts) after the first 30 seconds after which the current steadily drops down to 1 amps.
Although you can't charge as fast as using a 60 watts charger, the 29 watts based AUKEY PA-Y7 USB Type-C Wall Charger still works well with the Touch Bar Version of the Apple 13" MacBook Pro (Late 2016) using USB Power Delivery.
